Absentee management. mike is a very good mainten guy but gets no help from the absent manager. He is never at the property, late when he does come in. If here sits in the office with the door closed and light out. His brother has apt here and is Regional manager. He is rarely here. Fire Department has to be let in by residents during 911 call.
