I was scared because of the bad reviews here, but I was pleasantly surprised! I guess it’s because the reviews are from a long time ago. I went there for a TB test, and everyone was really nice. Super fast! I spent just about 30 minutes there.

Poor communication,Very Bad service. especially at the front desk.
I don’t understand on the bad ratings here. My experiences have been exceptional. Dr. Burzynski, Nurse Tenzin, Nurse Marlon, Nurse Beilei all had been very attentive and informative. Everybody goes all and beyond, they worked efficiently. I never waited for more than 30 mins for my appointments (I had regular visits for 6 months from early 2022). Receptionists need improvement (sometimes they had attitude) but it doesn’t stop me from giving this place an overall 5 stars.
Everyone seems rude except for Nurse Marlon, he is the best nurse I’ve ever met.
