a very independent customer of mine lives here and has had sores all over his body for over a month now and they've been informed but haven't addressed the issue or attempted to in any way. don't send people to this place unless you want them to suffer.
My mother was here October 2024 to “recover” with assistance from a bad flu. I asked for the head nurse to call me to discuss plan of action for recovery and never received a call back. My mother wasn’t on a heart or breathing monitor when she absolutely needed to be. She died in the middle of the night and who knows how long she was dead before they noticed. People please don’t let this be an option for your loved ones! I work right next-door to this facility and I seen a man on a wheelchair who could not move due to his disability. I’m assuming he slowly rolled down the street and could not go any further. Mind you it’s 90° outside. So I grabbed a water and walked over to him, gave him water and pushed this man back to facility. If you are looking for a facility to place your loved ones. This is not the place. The management team here is very unprofessional. There is no set standard they follow. The staffing is constantly changing here. Management team definitely needs to be investigated.
