People please don’t let this be an option for your loved ones! I work right next-door to this facility and I seen a man on a wheelchair who could not move due to his disability. I’m assuming he slowly rolled down the street and could not go any further. Mind you it’s 90° outside. So I grabbed a water and walked over to him, gave him water and pushed this man back to facility. If you are looking for a facility to place your loved ones. This is not the place. The management team here is very unprofessional. There is no set standard they follow. The staffing is constantly changing here. Management team definitely needs to be investigated.
I am a concerned friend of a resident. I am hearing words of possible abuse and lack of dignity in staff to resident care. I hear that the the clients some are afraid of the staff how they will be treated if they speak up. I am eager to speak to someone who is in charge of staffing to discuss these matters. They took down staff section of their website, and every email I am given is invalid. There is a definite staffing program within, and no apparent supervisory team.
