If you are looking for a facility to place your loved ones. This is not the place. The management team here is very unprofessional. There is no set standard they follow. The staffing is constantly changing here. Management team definitely needs to be investigated.
I am a concerned friend of a resident. I am hearing words of possible abuse and lack of dignity in staff to resident care. I hear that the the clients some are afraid of the staff how they will be treated if they speak up. I am eager to speak to someone who is in charge of staffing to discuss these matters.
