We had a great experience with treating our puppy here The staff were friendly, caring, and easy to talk to. The facility is clean and state-of-the-art. There was a bit of a wait, but there were many cases that day.

We had a very disappointing experience at this emergency vet clinic. We brought in our cat during an urgent situation and were quoted $6,700 for a C-section, which felt extremely high and overwhelming in an already stressful moment. We understand emergency services come at a premium, but this felt excessive and poorly handled. We left feeling stressed, pressured, and unsure whether the cost was justified.

We brought our dog into the hospital before sunrise. They got him in quickly for an exam and provided options for care. So grateful to the outstanding, caring staff. Thank you, Dr. Stephens for being so thorough and compassionate, Kara (forgive the spelling), the wonderful, very sweet receptionist, and the very kind staff member who provided us with home instructions.

Surgery was not done on her until 5-6 hours later, I was then called by Dr. Falco and informed all the kittens had died but Toffee still needed a few hours to recover. When my husband went to get her late that afternoon, he was told they just discovered a ... read more
