If I could give a NEGATIVE Star. We had a truly traumatic experience with this ER. On the evening of August 13th, we rushed our beloved Frenchie in because he was struggling to walk and kept falling. We suspected something was wrong with his rear leg. After waiting over 5 hours (from about 7:30 PM until after midnight), the doctor finally saw him. They diagnosed it as a “soft tissue injury” in his rear right leg, gave him medication, and sent us home. They also took X-rays, but their explanation didn’t make sense to us. By 9... read more
