Pi forgot my techs name but it was two of them. Ladies. Very nice. She did excellent with my IV. I told her I’m dramatic so she definitely did good because I barely felt it. Her and her assistant were amazing and make sure I was super comfortable for my 2 hour imaging. Thanks again guys
Worst experience ever. I will not be back if this is my only option. The front desk was Isabella. This is the worst front desk ever. Extremely racist. She treats the patient as if he is coming to play. She intentionally delays. She treated me disrespectfully. She made excuses that I do not have an approval from the insurance. She made me call the insurance and wait after 2 hours. My doctor sent the approval again, she told me to make another appointment. The receptionist and MRI technician listened attentively to my concerns and provided personalized treatment that resulted to positive results. They both displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel valued. I highly endorse Corona Advance Imaging for their excellent service.
Again had imaging and cannot express enough how polite, helpful, kind, patient ALL of the staff are. From entering the waiting room to entering the MRI, all staff and techs were wonderful. You can get in and out in record time compared to Riverside or San Bernardino. The bad part of dealing with the Corona facility is the billing office. I have always had a PPO that covers 100% of my mammogram cost. Last year I went on Medicare, but I still have my PPO. For the last 4 year I get a bill. I go back and forth with until I am at my wits end.
