Corona Advanced Imaging made getting my MRI very smooth and efficient. Amazing customer service, specifically from Sammy! He definitely made an impact on my day and is a people person. They should hire more people like Sammy!
Just an Amazing experience from start to finish. Front desk was extremely helpful and the Technician (Danny) was very attentive and knowledgeable. The MRI “machine” was comfortable and noise level tolerable. Although the equipment is “spacious” it’s only downside it sits about 3” inches from your face. All in All, I enjoyed my experience there
I had an MRI done recently, and I just want to give a big thank you to Brenda, the nurse who assisted me. She was extremely professional, kind, and patient the entire time. I was a bit nervous going in, but Brenda made me feel comfortable right away. She explained everything clearly, checked on me throughout the process, and made sure I was okay from start to finish. Pi forgot my techs name but it was two of them. Ladies. Very nice. She did excellent with my IV. I told her I’m dramatic so she definitely did good because I barely felt it. Her and her assistant were amazing and make sure I was super comfortable for my 2 hour imaging. Thanks again guys
Worst experience ever. I will not be back if this is my only option. The front desk was Isabella. This is the worst front desk ever. Extremely racist. She treats the patient as if he is coming to play. She intentionally delays. She treated me disrespectfully. She made excuses that I do not have an approval from the insurance. She made me call the insurance and wait after 2 hours. My doctor sent the approval again, she told me to make another appointment.
