What a bad experience and unprofessional service from the management. My appointment was scheduled for 3 p.m. When I arrived, they told me they were full for that time and that they had a 5 p.m. appointment. I told them I scheduled the appointment for 3 p.m. because after that, I had to pick up my other daughter from after school at 5 p.m., and I wouldn't have time to pick her up. The person who helped me never showed any interest in helping me resolve the scheduling issue and simply stated that she only had 5 p.m. available... read more
