This practice has rude, incompetent dental hygienists. Receptionists are rude, disrespectful. Doctor Kim accepted people with MassHealth and Medicare to gain clientele, but once money was flowing and his name was known in the area, he ditched people with Medicare and MassHealth and now he only accepts private insurances. He only cared about making money, that was all.
I decided to give CORON DENTAL and Dr. Kim a try because my previous provider was as shady as a three-dollar bill. My other gaiting factor was that the dentist accepted my dental insurance. My previous provider had five (5) dentists in their practice and each one of them took turns at trying to get me to spend money with them – I’m NOT kidding you!
