Down on vacation during Hurricane Erin. I realize the owner wants to make hay when the sun doesn’t shine, but BAD customer service. I called at 930 and was able to make an 1130 appointment. After, I walked in 6 other people walked in and said they had 1130 appointments as well. The place was dirty and you had to put your hands on an old magazine under the dryer. Felt extremely rushed during our manicures and pedicures, and the polish doesn’t even reach down to the bottoms or sides of the nail. They’re super uneven and have lots of bubbles throughout. The service literally felt like a fake manicure, the cuticle pushing was nonexistent and she just brushed over them with the cuticle tool like she was pretending to use it. The woman said she was the manager/owner but was so rude to us the whole time. Don’t waste your money or time here.

If making an appointment for more than 1 person, make sure you ask how many people are working to ensure they can actually accommodate your group. I made an appointment for 4 pedicures, we waited 30 minutes past our start time for the first person to begin because they overbooked. My pedicure lasted a grand total of 8 minutes from start to finish due to how rushed they were. I understand not wanting to turn away business but they’re losing repeat customers due to the actual experience.
