No proper maintenance. No manager or staff, privately owned. Very lax and slow to take repairs seriously, if they are fixed at all. Lots of junk left around the property. As you can see by the long response below, the owner is unreasonable and angry. My mother’s apartment had mold in her closet from a leak coming through the ceiling that was not repaired, when we complained they basically retaliated and ended her lease. Also as we were moving her out, the owner was very rude and bullied her until the day she left.

Great place near the train station. I lived at the apartments for almost 4 years until I had to move out of state. I enjoyed staying at the apartments they are quite and sufficient for what I needed. The short walk to the train station is a big plus, and it's close to the interstate and neshimny state park.
