Unfortunately for me I did not check other sources to buy my WASHER until AFTER I bought my WASHER. LOWES _ BEST BUY__ HOME DEPOT _ WAYFAIR WALMART _ to name a few that have FREE DELIVERY. $97.20 IS QUITE A LOT TO PAY FOR DELIVERY after paying $899.00 plus tax for the washer. NO BREAKS THERE . The reason I bought at CORNWELL APPLIANCES was that I called them to REPAIR my washer. It would not Agitate nor Spin . I highly recommend Cornwell Appliance! Where everyone else insisted my washing machine wasn’t worth fixing, after a short conversation I was told if mine can be fixed it would be better than most I can buy now unless I spent a lot of money. They sent Gary to check it out, he fixed it in well under an hour. He also found another small problem with the agitation, fixed it as well. They saved me hundreds of dollars!! I know where I’m going first for any appliance issues I have in the future!!
Very happy with the excellent & courteous service! Gary, Justin, and Bob made getting our new washer/dryer unit easy. They care about their customers! I highly recommend this local family business!!
They are no joke they know their appliances
I am all for supporting local & small businesses. But these guys charged me $80.00 just to tell me that my dryer is broken and wasn't repairable.I understand that business is business and time is money but that charge was a bit excessive. Other appliance companies charge less.
Our dryer died the day after Christmas. Warren was extremely helpful (as always), talking us through the purchase of a new one. We live in senior living independent apartments so we were eager to replace it and the stacking washer with a suitable machine. Justin and another worker installed the unit this afternoon, again the day after Christmas! It’s been about a month since I called and spoke with Jake...he was here within the hour and had us up and running the same day! Oh and he was so wonderful with my twin boys. They still talk about Jake! Thanks so much for the quick response to a twin mom in need! I appreciate the fast same day service and for sparing us having to buy a brand new fridge! Can’t thank you enough!
