On the 2 occasions that I visited the clinic the medical staff were highly professional and attentive. On each occasion they were down a doctor so there was a bit of a wait time but, the clinic is clean and comfortable. A great alternative for after hours, if not needing the hospital emergency department.
Today I called the receptionist to explain my situation, I was flustered and wasnt sure what to do, She was absolutely fantastic, supportive and understanding. My reasons for visiting were personal and must say this medical center were amazing. When arriving i was asked if I was comfortable seeing a male doctor, witch I was. I Would like to give my doctor the biggest 5 star review, he was absolutely fantastic, respectful and overall the best doctor I've seen in my 24 years. The reception staff member at 1230pm on 4 oct was incompetent. Partner was displaying respiratory illness symptoms. (significant coughing)Was asked why they came, said was at work all day coughing guts out, sick and couldnt work so needed to see a doctor, treatment and get a med cert . Told they dont offer that service and directed to regular gp. This was not med cert shopping. They needed their chest checked and couldnt work as they had trouble breathing.
