I had a call from this place in November and I made an appointment For December 11th in order to get something looked at. This is a referral from my dentist. They did not tell me there would be a fee till today, the day BEFORE my appointment and during the holiday season. When I told them we would have to reschedule Vanessa (the girl who called to confirm) told me they couldn't because the doctor is only in the office once a month and they don't know when he will be in next. RecommendedTaking two kids in at the same time, for braces and we were in and out in an hour a half! The environment is gentle and calm, and would soothe even the most anxious patient. We are really looking forward to the journey to straight teeth, with Cornwall Orthodontics!!
All the staff are so friendly and the environment there is just amazing. I really enjoyed all my appointments with them. I couldn’t be happier with my results and I highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you so much, to all the staff for helping me gain so much more confidence in my smile!
