I seviced my Mazda6 for near 6 years at Cornwall Mazda.The guys at the service counter are professional enough, but The Mazda6 turbo I purchaesd had issues. A couple of engines and other expensive repairs . After another major breakdown I asked to speak to the service manager Rick for some advice. He wouldn't come out to speak to me ,just sent a card with a 1-800 number to call Mazda customer service. I guess after 6 years I expected more. Instead of being a repeat customer I purchased a new car at another dealer.
My husband I recently purchased a new CX5 Mazda SUV. The purchasing experience from beginning to end was smooth and seamless. It took us a few months to actually bring the purchase to fruition and Todd was very patient and knowledgeable in explaining and showing all of the features and measurements we asked for.
