Steve Avery is a lackluster attorney at best. He allows his personal relationships to interfere with his professional responsibilities. As an attorney, he stood by while a trustee ran wild, pushing the operating account $300,000 into the negative without providing any safeguards to prevent such actions. He holds just as much responsibility as the trustee for allowing his friend to act unchecked. I would not recommend him if you're looking for someone who will protect your interests effectively.
