Great place if you want to feel secure about your things. Friendly and helpful staff. Nobody on-site. Did it all over the phone. Very easy though. Customer for life should I need their service again.
Very easy to get setup and moved in, very good prices and helpful people…my only gripe would be no flexibility with date for ‘auto pay’. Very inconvenient to budget for paying on the 1st, when i only get paid once per month on the 3rd! I am able to make a payment manually on that day but get locked-out from the 1st until I pay…with all the tech being used, one would think this could be an easy option to adjust these days but not possible according to the Management. This was an absolute joy reserving and contracting for a storage unit. Everything was very easy, and I received text notifications on updates and they were making sure I had everything I needed. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
