Judy Ziegler is a compassionate and caring realtor. The review from Edwards is completely slanted. Judy did not represent him. He was represented by his own realtor. Edwards was warned repeatedly by an expert that the home he was purchasing required further attention due to water intrusion. Rather than take the advice of the expert and hire a contractor to review the problems before purchase he did nothing. He now seeks to blame Judy for his own negligence.
