Please DO NOT rent from them. We have been battling with them for almost 2 months. Our future daughter in laws apartment has had water damage 5 times. Each time they just come in and put a fan down and say it's fixed. We have dealt with water, mold and now water filling up the ceiling light. Their response.....dont turn the light on. I asked for the window to be replaced and was told that they are in the process of replacing all the windows and hoped to get it done before winter. Its now winter and i haven't seen a single window get replaced except the ones surroundi... read more
I went in and spoke with the leasing officer on the flats on 75th. Before I looked at this apartment, I was unhappy with the last leasing officer. I am beyond grateful for the gal in the office now because my experience was incredible. It was a great experience, so it was beneficial, and everything was explained in detail. I was shown a one-bedroom - she was with me the whole time, answering questions. I loved the layout; the parking was excellent and well-maintained. I was treated with so much respect. I highly recommend it... read more
