Living here has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an apartment community. Maintenance issues are constant and never properly resolved. The laundry facilities are a mess the washer has been broken and stealing money for months, and despite repeated reports, management ignored it until it was vandalized. Nine months later, there is still an ongoing roach infestation because spraying is never done correctly. Safety is ignored. (Update as of 07/8/2025) Finally was able to move out of this dump. The lease was full of hidden mandatory fees that will deduct from your security deposit. This includes a cleaning fee of $75 and normal wear and tear items such as burnt-out lightbulbs. A clause in the lease also states they will charge you $550 if you try to take them to small-claims court. Absolutely scummy business practices for a run-down property. I called and spoke with Serra on the phone about setting up a walk through of an apartment. She was very knowledgeable and had answers to all of my questions. Working with her was easy and she was accommodating to my busy schedule. Would definitely recommend working with her to get an apartment. She represents the company very well.
I have been looking for either a 1 of 2 bedroom apartment. Serra gave me a tour of each and explained the whole process. She is very thorough. I love the convenience location. The property is very clean!
