You guys really need to change the pictures for the Climate Control Storage address. People get confused they only see the main office storage pictures. When someone says the storage has a climate control sign. They don't see it on the painted post storages. They said they had a glitch and put red locks on everyones lockers and don't take them off nor let customers know. Tired of hearing it's a glitch NO it's a human issue. Never going back.

Nice place to store stuff . You don't get no letters in the mail saying you're late on your payment. So you're better off having it come out of your bank or credit card every month . Or you need to check and see if you made a payment. If not, they will lock your unit up, and after a while, then sell it if it's not paid up in full. Other than this, it's an okay place . They say it's got a locked gate, and you need to put in a code. Well, that's not always true . Most of the time, the gate is open, so anybody can come in . But... read more
