I am required by work to get a physical receipt for the room, every time in the morning the front desk is not paying attention and I’m left standing there waiting for them to come to the desk and stop watching videos on there phone, this months stay I’ve been in the lobby for over 20 minutes with no one even attending the desk, my room also had an unreasonable amount of hair on the bathroom floor.
Myself and my kids, as well as my friend and her kids came to spend a few days here at this hotel during our February recess from school. We had an incredible experience and Aubrey at the front desk was the kindest most helpful person I’ve ever dealt with at a hotel, I would recommend this place to anybody. It was perfectly centrally located to so many things. It was just really a great experience.
