I had an appointment for a couple of recalls on my truck. It was scheduled to be a 4 hour appointment. I didnt have a ride home, so I brought a book and planned for the wait. John, the service manager, was very nice and tried to find an available employee to give me a ride home, but they didn't have anyone. Ultimately, they got my truck done within a couple hours and I was on my way.
Always take my truck in whenever something comes up and they always get me back on the road in a timely manner.
Very professional and honest. Senna the service rep was helpful with completing our recalls on our 2017 Ford Expedition and some small repairs needed for our brake lights. Would highly recommend taking your vehicle there for service.
