Just had the installation of new heating and cooling systems completed and it was a great experience. The sales team was very thorough with their calculations and explaining how they could improve efficiency by adding additional ductwork. Other quotes we received did not mention that. The technicians Dustin and Eric were very professional and friendly. I highly recommend CAC.
I called to better understand my bill when a part was 3X the price I was seeing online. I was immediately met with hostile aggression by the lady who took my call. She suggested they come remove the part in a snarky and rude way. When stating she had no reason to speak to me in such a manner she ignored me and continued with her hostility before passing me off to a voicemail box. Avoid this disgusting behavior from these people at all cost.
I've called this company on three different days to try and get an appointment. My Bryant HVAC says this company is the closest company to me to have it looked at. I've called between 1pm-2pm each day. Never once has anyone answered the phone.
They responded very quickly to a no-heat situation (star 1), they got the part ordered and installed plus they cleaned up (star 2), the tech was professional/knowledgeable (star 3), timely (star 4) and the whole thing was fair-priced (star 5).
Please trust the one star reviews!! Zero would be more fitting. I have been lied to, laughed at and ignored multiple times just for trying to understand what my bill is (that I was trying to pay). No call backs from the manager or the owner when I asked. Embarrassed to have this company lying to so many members of our community.
