Thanks to CRIS at the parts counter, who always goes above and beyond to find parts that nobody else can get. His knowledge, persistence, and willingness to help really stand out. He takes the time to find the right solution instead of just saying a part is unavailable. Great customer service and definitely someone you can count on when you need help!
