Went in for an oil change and nothing else. They decided to do a tire rotation and change the filter without asking. Charged $80 for stuff we didn't ask for. Awful business.
Bought a Jeep here 8 weeks ago 6 weeks into owning it the Tcm goes out go a week with out my car having to pay for a loaner then get it back for exactly a week then it goes out it again same code they sold me a car with a bunch of issues leaving me with out a car for weeks at a time due to them never having curtesy vehicle or even a loaner

This dealership has horrible service department I paid 850 for them to fix my car it took them a month and a half to fix and then I get my car back for a week and it does the same thing and they won't give me back my money or give me a rental until they can fix it and I have a pregnant girlfriend who could go at any time and no money or vehicle and all they can say is sorry
