RecommendedApartments are very clean and modern and reasonably priced for the area. Some great views with the apartments that face the river. Each apartment has its own washer/dryer, which is a huge plus. Safe part of Rochester to live in, with a lot of local restaurants/bars/breweries within walking distance. Also located right next to where the Cornhill Fine Arts Festival is each Summer.
