If I could give zero stars I would. Please do not rent from this business, they will destroy your property and not take responsibility. We asked to have the tree in front of the house trimmed, for Several months and voice the dangers or it not being done. Not surprised when the huge limbs fell and smash my car, one hit the side of the house. Now this business won't even pay the deductible for the damages. I wish I could give negative stars! I recently went through the processes of renting a house. We applied for a house through Cornette Property Management, $40 per application. They requested information that was not pertinent (6 months of mortgage statements for a house we did not own!) I informed them of this and they closed our application and refused to give us a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! THESE PEOPLE ARE CONARTIST!!! These people are taking advantage of people in desperate need. The Houseing Rental Market in Sacramento is bad enough and these people Pretend they have homes available but they do not! They will take the money for your application and give you some Bull story about how they give there owners options to chose from and that if you dont get selected you have 30 day to apply to another property but it's BULL!
