Friday we woke to find that our heat had gone out overnight with an outdoor temperature below freezing predicted all weekend. On a friend’s recommendation I called Cornett’s Heating and Cooling. I called around 9:30 am Friday and, of course with the bitter cold temperature outside, they had a fully booked schedule. They said they would put us on the schedule for Saturday morning as a worst case scenario and would call me if anything came available any sooner. Very responsive and professional from start to finish. I was very impressed with every employee that I met. I had a new heat pump and air handler installed in less than 48 hours after initial phone contact. Great company.
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I read the first review who probably worked there and I was duped. They charged $135.00 just to come to my place. They disconnected the electric to my mini split, left and then told me a diagnostic of what's wrong would be another $365.00 because he didn't have any of his tools to do it with him. He showed up without any tools for a diagnostic? What was he doing? Then they came out again and informed me there might be a leak but can't tell and it would be over $1,000.00 to plug the coil, no guarante... read more
Cornett heating is the best. They came quickly and diagnosed the problem within 15 mins. Ordered the part 25 mins later and picked up the part and back at my house in little over an hour and all of this on a Friday afternoon before the snowstorm of the decade!!! Thanks to the 2 very nice young men that restored our heat so quickly and Danny for getting the part ordered so fast!! So appreciate the great service we receive from this company!!
