I brought in a bolt I needed replaced and explained the issue I was having. The staff quickly identified exactly what I needed and had me taken care of in no time. One of the replacement bolts was slightly too long, so I asked if they could cut it down and clean up the threads. They were happy to do it and didn't charge me anything extra for the service.
