I recently had my first visit with Dr. Riley, and I cannot say enough good things about her! She was incredibly attentive, taking the time to listen to all of my concerns without making me feel rushed. Dr. Riley showed genuine care and compassion for my health and well-being, which made me feel completely at ease. She went above and beyond by creating a thorough plan to address my health needs and educated me on everything I should do to take care of myself at this stage in life. I felt like I was asked more questions about what I needed than being guided to receive. I don't feel like this visit answered any of my concerns or symptoms. I filled out all 11 forms for the visit and yet none of them were addressed (including the reason I scheduled the appointment). Very disappointed and will be going elsewhere although I am already out 200 since this practice does not take insurance. Dr. Was very nice though. No concerns there. They won’t help you if you don’t have money! I left my whole wallet at home and they wouldn’t send my prescription until I called back to pay and they are rude!
