I live here, there's a creep with cameras pointed straight at the park, who has came to his window (right next to the park) naked and the cops cant do anything because it's his house its nice apartments but keep your kids safe the park is not a safe place
Dont recommend the office rarely answers the phone they post a million notices on doors kids are loud running wild making messes maintenance can barely keep up great location just needs better staffing security

These are the worst departments I’ve ever came across in my lifetime. They have you put a security deposit before you’re even approved. I called to get my security deposit back, which is refundable and they say they can’t because there’s tendons that are in the apartment as of right now, which makes zero sense on why I had to put the security deposit down when they did refund me the security deposit.
