This is such a horrible company. in 2009 they installed a bay window. What they failed to do was install any supports to the window, which is against building codes. The window is failing, you cannot open the double hungs due to the horrible sagging. We have contacted them multiple times and they are now refusing to answer or return our calls. We have also contacted the manufacturer who they are placing the sole blame on, and the manufacturer is stating it was an improper install. Cornerstone admitted over the phone they did... read more

I worked as a home builder all my life 45+ years and have done window install and also ALL aspects of building a home, from Top to Bottom-OLD SCHOOL DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I was at home and watched all my windows being replaced by Conner stone windows..Our sales man William came by to check on his workers who I must say Did a EXCELLENT job on 16 total windows.-2 Picture windows and 14 Double hung windows. Please stay away from this business. They sub their work to dirty messy and uncaring people. I’m sure that the sales guy have no clue what kind of services the subs are doing. When they did the work they never came to inspect, or called to check on the job. Who installed my windows had a difficult time communicating with me since he spoke polish only. This is the worst possible experience I had with a contractor in my life. They needed 4 month to deliver windows. They were incorrect, so they redid them and then they did not fit. They would have reduced the window size by more than 30% and put the window frames inside the existing frame. They were not even trying to be helpful. DO NOT BUY.

We had Cornerstone install our windows in October of 2015. We've been very happy with the windows. In October of 2016 I needed a replacement screen for one window. It was not a quality or warranty problem but rather the screen was stolen. I contacted Joan at the Cornerstone Office and she assisted in getting the screen for me. It was a bit more difficult than I thought it should be but I finally got the screen due to Joan's help in dealing with the manufacturer. Thanks for the help!
