Not responsive. Came out but after that no response with estimate for work. Tried multiple times to email and text for estimate and timing of when he could complete. Guess he doesn’t need the work and being selective with jobs. But have the courtesy to respond!

Tried to hire this company but never heard back from them, after I was told they would reach out months ago. Though I eventually found a more responsive and affordable company, I wanted to leave this review so other people don’t have their time completely wasted.
Rob Myers was our Cornerstone Waterproofing contact and the service he provided was thorough and extremely well-done! His response time was quick even to a minor issue after the job was done. You only need to look at the photos to verify the total attention to detail, such as the protection in wrapping our water tank and heating system. The final cleanup left our cellar cleaner than before he began. If there was a rating beyond 5 stars he and his company would have it.
Amazing service! Dan put me at ease by immediately explaining the process and spot on with results!
