Staff was friendly and service was fast.
Went to urgent care last Thursday 7/10. Was greeted immediately and felt very comfortable right off the bat. I had a major gash on my left eye brow. Kurt was very professional and answered all my questions and had 5 stitches in very quickly along with excitement post care advice. Great experience from start to finish. Heading in soon today for removal of stitches. Highly recommend this establishment.
We were greeted by a very pleasant person at the front desk and my husband was treated quickly and professionally.
This urgent care is definitely a preferred practice for my family. We have had nothing short of great experiences with the folks who work there. They are compassionate, great with kids, and can provide a variety of services right in house (my daughter recently broke her finger and they x'rayed and confirmed it right there, then were easily able to refer her to ortho). From flu, to COVID, to strep - we've been there for it all over this past winter, and each time we had a pleasant and seamless experience. THANK YOU.
Staff is usually friendly, the facilities are always very clean, and I've never been stuck in the waiting room or patient rooms for an unreasonable amount of time. The doctors and nurses listen well, take the time to ask clarifying questions without ever seeming rude or patronizing, and definitely know their stuff.
