First time that I've been to this place. Great experience there. Everyone was really nice. Didn't have to wait long in any of the departments that I had to go.
Nancy was very thorough. Demonstrated good grasp of my issues.
Front desk personnel were rude and unclear. MA was impatient with my 65 yo disabled father about getting his temp taken. The doctor ( at least I think it was the Dr? She never introduced herself) ignored things I tried to add about his symptoms and current condition and wouldn’t address/acknowledge me, even though I was only speaking for him given his condition and occasional confusion (hence his disability). Wish we would have gone to a Cone or Eagle Physicians Urgent Care instead.
Highly Recommend Baptist Convivence Care Center. Doctors and Employees are friendly and competent.
