I called Cornerstone about a small non-emergency leak in my basement. They dispatched plumbers the next day, and within an hour had diagnosed and solved the problem, explaining their work (and what I should do after they're gone) in a friendly manner. Cornerstone will be my first call for plumbing issues from now on.
Explained fee structure, no surprises, cleaned up afterwards, clean and polite. Fee reasonable. Thorough job! Aimed to get job completed and did. Would definitely call them again.
Nick came out to fix our blocked toilet, it was actually a blockage on the main line. Nick was friendly knowledgeable and fixed the issue. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.
