Absolutely thrilled to share my recent experience with Cornerstone! Let me paint the picture for you: I dropped off a bag of clothing donations at one of their donation bins yesterday. Fast forward to today, and my husband realizes he's left his wallet in the coat he donated. Cue the frantic morning calls! Enter Melissa, the real MVP. If I could give 0 stars I would. The fact you only respond to good reviews speaks VOLUMES. Have you gotten rid of your murderous policy yet? You know the one that denies people the help they need because of a shot that is proven to be INEFFECTIVE! When are there going to be real places that actually care! Not a single person from this place has responded to the fact they killed a man with this policy! No ownership, no applogy, no care at all. Every single person who works here should be ashamed.
