Completely unprofessional and incompetence Do not use this title company! I was the buyer so I didn't get to chose the title company, but after the closing of my house, two months later my homeowners insurance policy was cancelled because they didn't pay it. They said they sent the payment (which they did) a month later but to another company in another city. Duh!!! Tried to call the title officer (Mari) several times, never calls you back or you never talk to her, you get her assistant, Amber. Poor girl probably is the buff... read more
