I had a very disappointing experience with Jennifer at the front desk. She was loud and aggressive, which felt unprofessional and unkind. For a place meant to help people reduce stress, such behavior can have the opposite effect. Unfortunately, this experience has discouraged us from returning. "Thank you", Jennifer!
Dr. Eynon has been an incredible help for our family. When we call for evaluations, it is never more than a month or two wait to get in for an ASD evaluation. He also has Saturday availability which is such a huge help for a working family. He is incredible thorough and very knowledgeable. He always ends the evaluation with a complete action plan and makes sure than I have all my questions answered and feel comfortable with the plan. Phenomenal first couple sessions in Wayne. Even the onboarding registration was friendly and returned calls and inquiry promptly during our waitlist. Clean and relaxed waiting area/parking. Easy to find. Counselor is kind, professional, excellent communicator, and engaging. Portal easy to complete and sends reminders.
This "honest" review is long overdue. Therapist STACY SHUCHTER-GOMEZ got me through one of the toughest years of my life. She helped me mend. She was professional yet empathetic. She was non-judgemental but didn't shy away from telling me the truth when something had to be said for me to face my responsibility in any given situation. She also saw what I needed and patiently counseled with me until I saw it myself. As a result, I am in a better place mentally and emotionally.
I have been coming to Cornerstone Therapy in Wayne for well over a year. The main. reason I do is because of Blaire Sharkey.i find her ability to understand and connect with my, let’s say issues, outstanding. I have truly never felt so enlightened by my therapist before. Thank you so much Blaire!
