My father was here for only 3 days and it almost unalived him. He was transferred from lsu oschners to here and his health declined in 3 days. I walked in on my pops at 10:30 am unconscious, he was not checked on since 6am that morning. And no one would do anything until I made calls and got the CEO in there. I recently wrote a review, which should have posted to the care center, Ridgecrest in West Monroe. It inadvertently posted to Cornerstone which was an utter and total mistake! Let me assure you, corner stone is the absolute best medical facility I have ever ever been in. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever. If you have need of a care facility I would adamantly recommend Cornerstone, they are par excellent in every area.
