I was forced to leave St. Johns Broken Arrow with the same broken shoulder I was admitted with days earlier. The PA that seemed to run the department I was in had an awful, openly nasty attitude. I am not sure if they even knew my shoulder was broken. I don't think they were aware had not been able to keep nourishment down of any kind for 12 days. Fortunately a gifted Physical therapist was able to line me up with a good surgeon. I underwent surgery less than 48 hours after leaving St. John's.

Yall booked my appointment in Tulsa when I live 2 blocks from BA location by mistake. It was supposed to be a quick in and out x ray appointment. I ended up being delayed 3 hours. Not a good experience at all . I wish you had not asked because the x ray folks were great even though they had their challenges with broke down equipment . I even made a recommendation on how to get the papers back to BA which was to simply fax them . Only after calling a half dozen more people and wasting more time was that done . Everyone was kind, gentle and understanding. Had to as for help with my shoes and help was given without judgement.

The nursing staff is so incredible, extremely nice and caring. They made you feel like royalty! I am definitely making them my hospital of choice if ever I have to be admitted to a hospital for whatever reason!

Amazing experience at Ascension St. John. I had the best mammography experience. It being my first time I was terrified. The woman, sorry forgot her name, was incredible. Thank you!
