Hmmmm.... I love the concept and the inclusion, but when I went in, I got zero "welcome", instruction on how to get on the waiting list. Nothing. 45 minutes later, I realized I needed to write my name on the board. I came in for a beard trim (my beard is big), and the girl who served me turned the chair away from the mirror and listened to my requests. Just wanted it neatened up, but it was more than that.
