Ive had Cornerstone out to my house a few times. They are a great company. Truly, each person I have come in contact has treated me the way I would like to be treated. Ontop of that they're knowledgeable and diligent. Today Josh, the electrician was at my house. He was here to help with my thermostat. Josh went above and way beyond anything I could have asked for.
Josh, Did fantastic job getting my wiring straightened out. He was professional and polite. I would recommend my friends and family to Cornerstone anytime the pricing was reasonable and scheduling was fast and efficient. Again, I highly recommend Cornerstone Services.
Josh Downs, the technician for Cornerstone Services was professional, polite and articulated very well, the services he was providing. Explained the project thoroughly to me, went and retrieved a new wall mount thermostat as my home did not have the C-wire needed. Josh walked me through the new thermostats process to set it correctly, and ensured it was working in conjunction with the boiler. We’ve been using Cornerstone’s cleaning department for a couple of years now and they’ve been consistently excellent. Erin and Nilda are professional, kind, and reliable. They always leave our home sparkling clean and add thoughtful touches like folding towels and blankets into fun shapes (cute photo attached - my kids LOVE to come home to find this). It’s those little extras that show how much they care about their work!
When the electrician came out, he was informative, knowledgeable, and gave me recommendations for any of his concerns because it was my electrical inspection. however, the inspection for plumbing seemed more like just a quote because I had to point out things that I wanted and my recommendations to the system and got really no feedback besides for him agreeing with what I needed also not pointing out any concerns or things I should do. Not including me being rescheduled twice for either HVAC or plumbing.
