Cornerstone Properties are nothing but con men. They take over property then come up with stories to get people out. They will say that they are going to renovate and boot you out. They just slap some paint on the wall then triple the rent to the new tenant saying it was just renovated. In fact it is just putting a band aid over the issues. Talk about the homeless problem they are a major part of the issue. And they are never honest about anything. Give me your money and shut up is the attitude.
