Great people to deal with
We contacted Debbie at Cornerstone about a listed property she came back to us and said will it be a cash offer? Although there was no mention of cash only on the listing. She then proceeded to give us a hard time and tried to lie to us and tell us that our financing will not work although it was conventional, not VA or FHA. She then demanded the name and number of our banker so she could call them. We told her we had pre approval and could send her the information. Dear Nieves Family, I apologize for just seeing your review now. I did however receive a call from Mainstreet of Realtors concerning your complaint. I explained that I did not represent you, I represented the Seller. There were several offers, I am sorry that you were out bid. This market is crazy, I hope that you found your dream home.
The manager Deborah she is very unprofessional and very poor attitude. To top it off she has never met us…..but I’m here to say that if you have a Hispanic last name don’t even bother with her or this company. If you have a Grievance you can put it here and also call BBB plus the MAINSTREET ORGANIZATION OF REALTORS
