Not a good company to work with for renting any property. Whoever works in the office does not take proper notes regarding tenant complaints and the lack of professionalism is INSANE. You are promised an appointment to have someone come take a look at an issue within the apt. However, when no one shows, you don't even get a courtesy phone call. YOU have to call and the only answer you get is, "Oh, we had a guy that was supposed to come out but he didn't show."...CLEARLY. But, what does that have to do with a paying tenant?? ... read more
