These people are SLUMLORDS. The property is not well maintained. FLOODING!!! When it rains for more than 15-20 minutes the entrances flood and you’ll get water IN your shoes because the property has INADEQUATE DRAINAGE. ILLEGALLY Hardwired exterior lights: Some of the porch lights STAY ON ALL DAY EVERY DAY.
