I reached out regarding a home a week ago. Since then, it has been very difficult to communicate with the team, including Henry and Diego. I’ve had to reach out numerous times to try to get responses, sometimes to only get one of multiple questions answered. It took days to get an application and after came to find out it was for the wrong house. I still have yet to have an explanation from the team as to this.
