It took him 3 weeks from the time we ordered our appraisal to the time he actually went out and inspected the property. Then an additional 3 days to complete his report. Thanks for making us miss out on closing on our home.
The appraisal took 21 days and was 11k under a prior appraisal. Would not recommend using this agency.
