Property management company charges 300 for cleaning fees which is taken out of your deposit. Whatever you do do not deep clean when you move out. They will try to nickel and dime you out of your deposit. Left a small maybe 3-4 inch hole in a wall from moving(in a common area) and they took my entire deposit. Also the communication and maintenance is god awful. This is a slum lord property management company rent at your own risk or if you are desperate.
I've been working with this company through my current employer for about a year now. In that time they've ignored 90% of our calls and concerns, we've been told "that's not our problem" more times than I can count. To my knowledge, this is a company that essentially links home owner and renter and then makes a profit off of it simply for the connection. Nate has been my HOA’s property manager for a few years now. Literally everything Nate does is in a careless and half-arsed manner. Meeting minutes are sent weeks late and not properly uploaded to our community document repository. Also, the said document repository is missing a lot of items, some items are miscategorized or uncategorized. Mike, from Cornerstone, replaced wood posts on the porch of our condo. He did a fantastic job!!! Measured properly, paid attention to detail and the job was done in a timely manner. We have used Cornerstone before and always a great job!!! Friendly, courteous and again - highly recommended.
