Didn't even know Katie's name until calling the business to complain about her lack of professionalism. After being asked to reschedule a showing twice, one of the times being the morning of the viewing. After we shifted our schedules around to make this day work, we were excited to go check the place out. If i could leave a zero star review I would. We live in a Cornerstone run neighborhood and it’s a joke. Public spaces are in disarray, play grounds need to be mulched, grass isn’t mowed, weeds everywhere and they are incredibly slow to respond. I’m not sure what Eastbrook is paying this company to run our neighborhood association but it’s too much.
Property management company charges 300 for cleaning fees which is taken out of your deposit. Whatever you do do not deep clean when you move out. They will try to nickel and dime you out of your deposit. Left a small maybe 3-4 inch hole in a wall from moving(in a common area) and they took my entire deposit. Also the communication and maintenance is god awful. This is a slum lord property management company rent at your own risk or if you are desperate.
I've been working with this company through my current employer for about a year now. In that time they've ignored 90% of our calls and concerns, we've been told "that's not our problem" more times than I can count. To my knowledge, this is a company that essentially links home owner and renter and then makes a profit off of it simply for the connection.
