This is not a property management company... it is a joke and a scam. They don't actually "manage" your property. They take your money for finding a tenant, and take their percentage of your monthly rent, but never actually do any work. Move in inspections? Renter does it alone and turns it in... no joint move-in inspection with a representative from the business. Need some maintenance done? They refer the renter to the home owner to handle it. Watch out! This company will charge you upon move out with things that they cannot prove. We left them with a professionally cleaned house and yard and they charged us fees on top of that, which they couldn't back up. In any conversations the owner is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this company.
I currently rent from the company and have been for a year now. I have had very few problems with my home, but when there has been a problem it was immediately addressed. I see that many people on here believe their homes were not monitored effectively, but when your home is small and it's only being rented for $500 or so a month, don't expect doctors and lawyers. I honestly believe many of the people complaining about this company probably would have had a bad experience anywhere.
I would highly recommend dealing with other real estate companies for your rental or buying needs. As for the rental aspect of this company, take caution before giving your business to this company. Not only are the personnel (management) rude, but they are completely apathetic to any repairs that may need to be done to rental properties.
