Worst experience in cornerstone ranch apartments. This who wants to live with cockroaches and many bugs can choose this. Office team will never respond properly when we raise pest control request and they ask us to vacate the areas for pest control multiple times but no use. There are no proper treatments for pests. Worst and very old apartments with very bad odours from ac vents and pipes
Be prepared to live with lot of cockroaches if you want to stay here. I moved in couple of weeks ago and from day one i was complaining about roaches. after a week i was asked to vecate everything in kitchen and washrooms so they can do german roach treatment. Its a double work for us to move things back before and after treatment. They should have done this before handling us new apartment. I started to see even more roaches after they did pest control. I am really put off by the ac vent system running through my apartment, my daughter's room is super hot all day and in the evenings. She and I both have rooms facing the same direction, with one vent each and my room stays much cooler. This should not be happening at all, the whole apartment should be getting enough cold air to be comfortable. I had to add an additional fan in her room to keep it somewhat tolerable.
